AVAILABLE POSITIONS
Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Dedication to projects from design development through construction
- Ability to lead junior staff on construction documents, detailing, code research, and consultant management
- Ability to manage, coordinate, and communicate effectively with project consultants
- Coordinate with the Principal Architects of the firm on project management and coordination with each project
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in different phases
- Assist in construction administration, site visits and field reports
- Work with contractors to resolve field issues during construction
- QAQC drawing sets for internal staff and external parties
- Coordinate with contractors on project pricing
- Manage internal project budgets
Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Architecture is required
- 7-10 minimum years of professional experience in an architecture firm environment
- Architectural license is required
- Commercial and Residential architecture experience
- Previous experience leading a team and sub-consultants is required
- Expertise in Autodesk Revit software is required
- Expertise in current building codes
- Expertise in building envelope detailing
- Expertise in drawing set QAQC
- Previous experience in construction documents is required
- Familiarity with different building methodologies and types of construction
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills is required
- Self-starter, proactive, enthusiastic, highly organized, and eager to learn with a positive attitude
- Expertise in Bluebeam Revu is preferred
Project Designer – Interiors
Responsibilities:
- High level of commitment to design phases of a project.
- Programming interiors
- Conceptual Design – Interior and Exterior
- Creation of design presentations and graphics
- Rendering & animation
- Assistance on projects from beginning to end, design – construction
- Coordinate on design projects with the other Architectural team members
- Construction documents and detailing
- Ability to verbally communicate with the project team both internal and external
- Ability to articulate and display a deep understanding of design theory and concepts
Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required
- 2-3 minimum years of professional experience in a design firm environment
- Commercial and/or Residential architecture experience
- Previous experience coordinating with a team is required
- Expertise in Autodesk Revit software is required
- Previous experience in construction documents is preferred
- Familiarity with Enscape rendering software is preferred
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills is required
- Self-starter, proactive, enthusiastic, highly organized, and eager to learn with a positive attitude
- Expertise in Adobe Suite software (photoshop, illustrator, indesign) is required
Project Designer II
Responsibilities:
- Dedication to projects from start to finish (concept – construction)
- Ability to lead junior staff on construction documents and detailing
- Ability to manage, coordinate, and communicate effectively with project consultants
- Coordinate with the Principal Architects of the firm on project management and coordination with each project
- Assist in construction administration; site visits and field reports
- Work with contractors to resolve field issues during construction
Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Architecture is required
- 5 -7 minimum years of professional experience in an architecture firm environment
- Architectural license is preferred, but the candidate must have started their process of licensure. On the path to licensure is required.
- Commercial and Residential architecture experience
