Garrett DeLano knew from an early age he wanted to be an architect. As a child growing up in Southeast Texas, Garrett would visit Houston often and was drawn to big buildings and spaces. When he moved to Houston for college, he quickly fell in love with the rich culture and hustle and bustle of the city, breaking out of the small-town mold that he had known for so long. Meeting Bryson in college was perhaps the best stroke of luck that could have happened to him, as they would ultimately become business partners, starting Arc Three in 2018. Garrett’s passion for design can be felt as he is never satisfied with just good enough, and wants each project to take on a uniqueness specific to itself. Despite the success of his career, his greatest achievement is his beautiful family; a beautiful wife Emily, and two young girls.

Garrett’s expertise ranges from large scale industrial projects, churches, small and large retail spaces, office buildings, to single family custom homes.
